Cyclops
The term Cyclops refers to a large, human like creature, with only one eye. Centered in the middle of where two human eyes would be. The Cyclops is much larger than a human, and ranges from two to four times a humans size. It has tremendous strength, but is offset by it's lack of brains.
Cyclops have appeared in Greek mythology, and it is believed that is their origin. They have the immense strength to toss boulders and large rocks at will. Unfortunately, they have little reasoning power, intelligence or wisdom. This makes these muscular giants easily fooled.
These monsters have been in various tales throughout history, from David and Goliath (some versions indicate goliath was one of these beasts, others say he was human) through to even some of the most recent fantasy novels and stories. They are featured in countless board, card and video games. The Cyclops is monster of awe and interest to many people.
